The neck (barbell) can be called the main projectile of a weightlifter. Barbell exercises are given the main place in most training programs, both novice athletes and Olympic heavyweights. This universal projectile makes it possible to work out any muscle and perform an exercise with a more correct trajectory. When practicing with a barbell, the muscles and nervous system work more intensely. A large number of fibers are strained in the muscle, as the "free weight" is not only overcome, but also stabilized.
